Se for comunicada com sucesso, ganha a aten\u00e7\u00e3o de quem\u00a0v\u00ea ou ouve. E esse \u00e9 o ponto de toque, e o mais dif\u00edcil de conseguir. Ganhar empatia.\r\n\r\nA marca \u00e9 uma est\u00f3ria por si mesma. \u00c9 um mundo criado para envolver pessoas. \u00c9 um\u00a0conceito singular, desenvolvido estrategicamente para ser diferente. Porque a marca vale\u00a0pela diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o. Essa \u00e9 a g\u00e9nese da marca. Da raz\u00e3o de ser. Por isso n\u00e3o pode (ou n\u00e3o\u00a0deve) haver duas iguais. Tal como uma pessoa. N\u00e3o existem duas iguais.\r\n\r\nDe forma geral, encontro tr\u00eas tipos de est\u00f3rias.\u00a0<strong>Est\u00f3rias<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>factuais, da imagina\u00e7\u00e3o, ou de ambos<\/strong>.\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Est\u00f3rias factuais,\u00a0<\/strong>como contar a hist\u00f3ria de uma empresa, como e porque nasceu, como evoluiu, ou de\u00a0l\u00edderes determinantes (ex. Steven Jobs e a Apple, Ole Kirk Christiansen e a Lego).<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Est\u00f3rias da<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>imagina\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/strong>A est\u00f3ria \u00e9 produto da imagina\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0(ex. produtos de\u00a0marcas como a Disney).<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Est\u00f3rias<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>factuais e da imagina\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. Em que se<strong>\u00a0desperta e mant\u00e9m a aten\u00e7\u00e3o de quem v\u00ea ou l\u00ea<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>uma est\u00f3ria.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nEsse \u00e9 um importante ponto de toque. A aten\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<strong>Qualquer est\u00f3ria tem que agarrar\u00a0a aten\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u00a0do leitor. Do in\u00edcio ao fim. Esse \u00e9 um factor de elimina\u00e7\u00e3o. Que dita o\u00a0sucesso ou insucesso de uma est\u00f3ria.\r\n\r\nQue tem que ser\u00a0sustentada por\u00a0um\u00a0<strong>forte lado emocional e empatia<\/strong>.
