Perceber a vida das pessoas. Que\u00a0t\u00eam diferentes valores e personalidades. Que t\u00eam\u00a0diferentes estilos de vida. Que t\u00eam diferentes necessidades.\r\n\r\nResulta da\u00ed que\u00a0<strong>o marketeer tenha uma capacidade de entender as pessoas, numa perspetiva humana e social.<\/strong>\u00a0Tenha a capacidade de empatia. Perceber emo\u00e7\u00f5es e estabelecer rela\u00e7\u00f5es. Mesmo sem conhecer quem est\u00e1 do outro lado.\r\n\r\nUma empresa n\u00e3o tem essa capacidade. \u00c9 pesada. \u00c9 mais fatura e recibo. S\u00e3o as marcas que\u00a0humanizam as empresas.\u00a0Sem uma marca, a empresa vive do produto ou servi\u00e7o que presta, de forma isolada, sem criar\u00a0uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0com clientes.\u00a0<strong>Pode ter valores mas n\u00e3o tem personalidade<\/strong>. Mas precisa dela.\r\n\r\nPorque tal como na nossa vida social, identificamo-nos mais com algumas pessoas do que com outras. A marca, \u00e9 essa liga\u00e7\u00e3o e diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o. Une pessoas que partilham os mesmos valores e tra\u00e7os de personalidade.
